Pre-payment will be sent on 6.8.2024
Those who made it to the pre-registration participant list will receive a message about the advance payment on or after August 6, 2024. Payment is made via bank transfer.

Do you want a better chance of getting on the participant list in the class?
The class participant lists are drawn using a program where the probabilities are higher the smaller the number of classes you have entered. Even if you register for all classes, the program will draw you max. to 3 classes.
E.g. if you register for:
1 class –> better chances to become a participant
for all classes –> lower chances of becoming a participant
Instructions for registration
- Fill in the participant information
- Fill in the guardian's information if you are under 18 years old.
- Select the classes you want to participate in by filling in the Horse name field. If you don't know the horse's name yet, enter TBA in the field.
- Check the registration information and accept the data processing. Submit your registration and wait for the email.
Pre-registration is now open
Immediately after registration, a message should automatically come to your email. If you have seen the Thank you for registering message during the registration, then the registration has been successful. In that case, the successful registration should also have been recorded by us.
If you do not see the confirmation message after the participant lists within a week, send us a message to info@ecpcrb.fi.
Please check your information in the form. The form reports errors in the fields separately. If you are unable to proceed with the registration, try later or send a message to info@ecpcrb.fi
Send a message to info@ecpcrb.fi about canceling with the participant’s name or race number. If you have canceled your registration no later than September 10, 2024, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
Send a message to info@ecpcrb.fi about changing the horse’s name.
If classes are canceled before September 14, 2023, you can compete in the class as a reserve. You will be notified by e-mail before the day of the competition if you can make it to the start list from the reserve place.
If you notice on the day of the competition that the class in which you are the first reserve has been cancelled, you can register for the class at the Eat & Drink table before the class starts/in the middle of the class and pay the class participation fee on the spot.
If you notice on the day of the competition that the class in which you are a reserve has been cancelled, you can register for the class at the judge’s table and pay the class participation fee in cash.
If there is still room in the class on the day of the competition, you can post-register on the spot:
Register before the start of the class at the Eat & Drink table and pay the class participation fee.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), it is necessary to inform the person filling out the form what we use the data for. Personal data is collected for ECP & CRB competitions to communicate with competitors and to maintain competitor relations.
Information is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Information can be published to the extent that it has been agreed with the competitor, e.g. in the participant, start and result lists of the ECP & CRB competitions.
